What are the payment options?

We currently accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

For our pop up shops, we accept Google Pay, Cash App and Paypal.

What is your return policy?

xPressOn Nails LLC accepts returns only no exchanges for product damaged in transit if you're simply not satisfied with the product and it contains ALL items unused, unworn, etc. or if you received the incorrect item. For more information, please visit our Returns and Refunds policy section.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: info@xpressonnailsllc.com.

After 24 hours, your order might have been processed and we may not be able to make any changes or cancel it. If the item has been processed and you no longer wish to keep the item, you can ship it back for a refund (excluding shipping - see our returns and refunds policy for more information).

How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

Please note, we require 1-3 days to process all orders. Once the order has been processed, it will take 2-4 days for transit time; therefore, the total shipping takes approximately 3-7 days. For customized orders, processing time will require an additional 1-2 days. We strive to ship all items on-time, however, in rare cases (e.g. inclement weather, high volume shipments, lost packages, etc.), it can take longer. Any orders not received within 3 weeks automatically qualify for a full-refund or reship free of charge!

My order has been dispatched, can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 3 days for shipping activity to update.

Where do you currently ship?

xPressOn Nails LLC is currently only shipping domestically within the United States. For more information on processing/shipping timelines, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do offer gift cards ranging from $25.00 to $750.00. Please see our gift card page for more information.

An item I want is out of stock. How can I find out if you'll be restocking this item?

Due to high demand, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated, but we also can be reached via email which you would receive a response within 24 hours.
Please sign up to receive a product notification when your favorite items are available again! We include the option to sign up for back in stock email notifications on all of our sold out products.
